CANCELLATION POLICY
Because every order is prepared fresh just for you, we're unable to offer refunds or cancellations once
payment has been processed.
If your plans change, you may postpone your delivery to a later date by contacting our Customer Service
Team at 407-608-2020 at least 48 hours before your
scheduled delivery.
If you're unable to reschedule, our team can also assist in coordinating a donation of your order to a
local community partner whenever possible.
